    For the last 12 years I have been helping people from first time home buyers to seasoned investors find family & vacation homes and invest their futures. The last 7 has been spent as co-owner/broker of EXIT Smokey Mountain Realty and I have enjoyed the benefits of building a company based on making clients for life, many of whom are now my friends. I can help you find your home whether you are looking for a mountain cabin to use as a second/retirement/vacation home, a year round residence or that perfect piece of NC property. Our small community of Franklin, NC is the County seat for Macon and encompasses Otto, Nantahala & Highlands, NC. We are centrally located 60 miles from Asheville, NC, 30 miles from Waynesville, NC.
